By accessing or using KaiPro Services ("we", "us", or "our") handyman and home maintenance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Booking and Appointments

We aim to call you back within 30 minutes of receiving your request. Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed by phone or email. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided. Final costs may vary depending on the actual work required. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

6. Liability and Insurance

KaiPro Services is fully insured for public liability. We take every precaution to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard. However, we are not liable for any damage to property that results from pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of completion. If you experience any issues with work we have completed, please contact us within this period for a free re-visit. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

8. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area and inform us of any potential hazards. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work if we deem conditions unsafe.

9. Materials and Supplies

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for providing all materials required for the job. We can source materials on your behalf at an additional cost.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
